Orders & Contract Formation

Payment

Delivery (UK Only)

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, postal services, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Returns & Cancellation (Consumer Rights)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise this right:

• You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery

• Goods must be returned unused and in original condition

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
